Prenatal Yoga with Shira – 2015 Dates To Be Announced
Baby and Me Yoga with Shira Crawling babies and parents are invited to nurture their bonds and their babies’ development while socializing with other parents and doing yoga postures that involve moving together. You will also learn baby massage techniques to stimulate your baby and help with problems like gas. 2015 Dates Pending.
Yoga-Pilates Fusion with Shira A combination of Yoga and Pilates that will strengthen and tone you while helping to restore your sense of centre and peace. Fridays 9:30- 10:45 am.
Restorative Pilates, with Shira -TBA. combines Pilates, Restorative Yoga and Kripalu Yoga. This will be a stress relieving class that will release deeply held tension and create healthy body and mind connections. If you have any injuries or conditions this is a good class for you.
